BB10 lit month is 1k for 200mb (*777*17#) but use the normal BBCMONTH : 1k for 3G (*777*21#) it works perfectly

There is an APP you would have to install, it changes your IMEI to BlackBerry IMEI, (although I don't support it cos it may have effect in your software upgrade). You could visit computer village for a token or meet any tech guy/babe to help you out

u can change ur Samsung imei no if u fone is rooted

Check if you have a pending/subscription. If you do. If it is comonth, you can resubscribe by dialing *777*12#.
If it is BBCMONTH dial *777*21#.
If it is Litmonth or any other, pls exhaust the data before you re- subscribe.

That error message mostly shows up if you have rolled over (resubscribing for data before the validity such that you can add the new data to the old and have validity extended) more than 5-12 times.
So I advise you dial *777*0#, if you have an existing plan pls exhaust before you resubscribe
