[size=20pt] They are Observing Gutter saftey Routine check up

i hate them pass devil

they will rather ignore the bad portions of the roads so as to cause traffic gridlock and harass

and obtain money from innocent road users

and later at night the big pot holes will serve as death traps to road users

When police were collecting N20, theirs was N100. Even police use them as reference when you negotiate for a traffic offense.
Looking forward to a day I will see one without seat belt in use, I will humiliate them.
