Field Recruitment Coordinators

Lagos Island zone, Lagos Mainland zone

Job Descriptions
• Identify and recruit agents across market communities’ across target zones.
• Maintain an excellent relationship with agents.
• Ensure agent relationship management and confidentiality is maintained.
• Repetitively work towards increasing agent base and transaction volumes.
• Deepen existing relationship
• Manage your own diary in order to organize and prioritize daily/weekly goals to give report on activities
• Take ownership of other assigned duties
• Maintain agents' relationship and ensure loyalty through topnotch customer service delivery

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• HND / Bsc holder
• 2- 3years Minimum Years of Experience
• Minimum of One Year Sales & Marketing Experience
• Prior Experience in Financial Services will be added advantage
• Ability to think strategically & be self-motivated
• Innovative & Creative thinker
Basic Skills:
• Excellent Communication Skills both verbal and written.
• Good analytical skills and the ability to impart detailed data to others
• Interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with other staff at all levels
• Methodical, systematic approach with a good eye for details
• Ability to deliver by planning work and setting targets for the achievement of objectives-
