Although medically/scientifically, the heart is ageless and would keep working if the supporting mechanism is in place but then there comes situations when the heart stops working but not without showing some signs which are usually overlooked, these factors cold be signs the heart is going weak:

1. Shortness of breath

When you are experience shortness of breath often without any reason e.g exercise then it is time to check out why it is so.

2. When you 'feel' your heart

The heart is built to function silently without giving any indication but when you start feeling the heartbeat getting louder, it's time to see a physician to check if all is well within.

3. Constant Fatigue

If you get tired often without a reason it may be due to the heart not able to supply the right amount of blood and oxygen to your body, leaving you with constant fatigue. You may want to check with your doctor if you experience unexplained fatigue from time to time.

4. Prolonged pain in jawline, back or chest

If you feel prolonged pain on left side of the body especially the back, chest, arm and jawline, you should see a physician as this could be symptoms of heart failure.

5. Hair loss and other signs

A study carried out in 2012 revealed that receding hairline may also be connected to problems relating to the heart.

If you notice any of this symptoms, do not hesitate to get medical help.
