What happened to Congo Dr? They've got the best talents out of Africa...especially with the rise of Emmanuel Mudiay. Bismack Biyombo is also decent. Too bad Serge IIbaka picked Spain over Congo.

DR Congo and the likes may have suffered from reduced govt funding because they've not made any impact at global tournaments.
