I just want to know why teachers in the private school are not well paid, whether it is primary or secondary school, the funniest thing is that a teachers salary is not even up to the school fees of a pupil, they charge exorbitant fees and the teachers that will teach the pupils are not well motivated I don't even think Government can do anything about that because they are equally guilty.

There should be a government body/agency that should monitor their welfare because when they are underpaid they might not have the zeal to discharge their duties effectively.

You have to consider the cost of running the school too
