Ethnic Heritage Centre was established to help interested people to imbibe the rich Nigerian cultural heritage with programmes and activities that cut across different ethnicity and life styles. More so, we promote language as a tool for preserving culture, social interaction and communication. We require the services of a qualified personel to serve as the restaurant manager for our new restaurant located at Ikoyi, Lagos. Applicants must be experienced and possess a minimum of OND qualification. Job descriptions 1. Taking responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant. 2. Analysing and planning restaurant sales levels and profitability. 3. Preparing reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales. 4.
