A clinic in the United Kingdom, which is run by the Chelsea and Westminster NHS trust, apologized after it mistakenly revealed the HIV positive status of nearly 800 patients.

The 56 Dean street clinic in London sent a newsletter on Tuesday that disclosed the names and email addresses of about 780 HIV patients.

Britain's data protection watchdog is likely to launch a major investigation into the privacy breach, thought to be one of the biggest of its kind..

The newsletter would have been edited and proofread before release, I don't believe that such info could have gone under their nose without them noticing. This has got to be a sabotage, someone wants to wreck that hospital. I smell lawsuits.
