POSITION:
A fast growing TRAVEL & TOUR FIRM REQUIRES an Admin Assistant for immediate employment.

ABOUT US :
We are an innovative international tour operator company . We package Agricultural tours, Pilgrimages, ticketing and Leisure tours. We are a travel company that includes in its packages services which includes travel insurance, visa information, travel advisories et cetera. We also provide support to entrepreneurs starting out in business through training and consultancy.

RESPONSIBILITIES :

o To understand our brand, products and services
o Communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships
o Liaising and networking with a range of stakeholders including customers, colleagues, suppliers and partner organizations
o maintaining and updating customer databases
o filing & record keeping

ELIGIBILITY :

• Must have good communication skills.
• Should be conversant with MS- Office packages.
• Should be friendly, dynamic, hardworking, willing to travel.
• Should be persuasive, resourceful and able to resolve administrative challenges.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :

OND Holder with one to two years’ experience in the same field.
