it is not easy going around with a mini human being inside you, especially for ladies who have always been feted as extremely beautiful, great figure, etc. so, what are some ways to help yourself through that time pending when you can get back to your usual admirable figure after delivery. remember though, be mindful of the baby also, the tummy isnt just big for no reason. lord have mercy. 1 Like |
