Companies spend billions on advertising, but don't spend much in getting feedback from customers. When they have millions of customers, why will they be worried about 1 single customer. After 30yrs of having PMB as a customer of Union Bank, he became president and mentioned them as the bank he has his only account. Just this mention of the bank by PMB went viral, from twitter to facebook and all social media platforms. I wonder how the bank management will feel seeing their bank trending by the mention of 1 single customer. How much could that advert be worth? its priceless. Other banks or companies should learn to treat each customer as a president in waiting because you never can tell.
