Just got back to Nigeria few months ago after 7 years in eastern Europe, I studied there and worked 2 years there and saved up. Now I am in Nigeria, I know 2.5 is very little but at least it is something.

You can start by trading goods. Like my aunty buys goods at cheap prices in cotonou and sells them at high prices in naija.
First look for a country that its currency is of less value than ours then u re gud 2 go example is cotonou.
But beware of the customs as they once seized my aunty's goods.
My two cents.

Probably electronics, gadgets etc or a restaurant..
