In the past few months I have seen many advertised vacancies by different universities both private and public.Many have spent money making huge volumes of CV,application letters and credential copies.My concern however is;Has anyone heard from,been interviewed by or even employed by any of the Universities that called for applications.I am asking because some of us need to know where to direct our hopes and expectation.

I know chrisland and Caleb universities have concluded interviews.but what about the following unis?

U are just on point. Even the outcomes of the interviews from the two schools are yet to be communicated. My take here is that the schools are just being careful waiting to ascertain the number of students that would be registered for the new session so as to balance the student-lecturer ratio. #cost cutting measure.

It's great getting to know that u have a flair for lecturing.
It all depend on what the prospective employer requests for. If credentials were clearly stated to be attached, then u are to attach all ur credentials to each application and CV, making the same number with the applications and CVs. Though, being obsessed about the cost involved can not be jettisoned, u just have to make d sacrifice as u will someday laugh.
Sending applications via post works very well. I have got interview invitations from different universities whose applications were done through d couriers.
I wish u d very best in ur pursuits.

Concerning tips on lecturing applications, I need to let u know that there is no best way of doing this, it all depend on ur qualifications- grade and experience. Pursue additional academic qualification (not really professional qualifications, as it is just an add-on). Make sure u finish with good grades like 2.1 or 1st class in ur first degree and PhD grade at MSc level. Ensure u start ur PhD as soon as possible to demonstrate undisputable interest in academics, do publications (u can collaborate with ur colleagues. With 15k u can do one). By His grace, u will get to d promise land.

The Hezekiah University holds her admission screening exercises within a week or a couple of weeks and it usually comes in two phases. Students who applied to study in the school are to proceed with the pre-screening exercise when once it is being announced.
