What can I take or do in order to improve my sleep. I can hardly catch a sleep both night and day. I can be on d bed till 3am without sleep coming to my eyes. I really need help. Should I result to taking sleeping pills? but for how long will I use them as aid to sleep? |

Try natural methods first before tryin pills( side effects). Natural methods lik, try havin a shower, or exercise bfore goin to bed, avoid heavy diet, coffee tea, at night............... 1 Like |

What do you spend the time while you can't sleep doing? Watching movies, house chores or reading? Maybe you can try some spiritual activity like meditation and praying, it will at least be spending the time wisely. You can also ask the Lord to grant you rest/sleep.... P.S- Just sleep till daybreak oh, not the eternal type |

Try melatonin, GABA and a warm bath before bedtime.Also, sleep in a dark room.The room shouldn't be too cold nor.And finally, cut out tea or coffee 6 hrs before bedtime. |
