We all use smartphones and personally it
hurts when your device gets missing most
especially if the phone is expensive. Today
i'll be dropping a tutorial on how to track
down your lost device.
However , this method of locating your
device only works if,

1. Your Data Connection Was Turned On
Before It Got Missing Or Stolen.

2. Your Android Device Manager is Working
Properly
( Most devices have Android Device
Manager pre-installed If you are using a
custom rom that does not have android
device manager , you have just lost your
phone,
probably forever)

If You Don't Have Android device
manager it won't work.

3. You Have A Google Account
Why you should have Android Device
Manager On Your Phone?

Android Device Manager Can Lock Your
Phone Remotely And Wipe Your data
making the device useless for the thief ,
Restoring the factory settings won't unlock
the phone.

In order to safeguard your device and set
up Android Device Manager ,Follow the
steps below.

Install Android Device Manager
from the source link

Go to Settings > Security >
Device Administrators

Set Android Device Manager as
administrator

Launch Android Device Manager
and Sign In With Your Google
Account

Wait till your device is detected
then close the app

If your phone gets stolen or you just wish
to test if the device manager works, There
are two options you can use to find your
phone

1,.Use Another Phone To Track It
Get a phone that has Android Device
Manager installed then sign in with your
Google account, your phone's location will
be shown to you

2. Use Your Computer
Open your browser
On Google Search Bar , Type "find my
phone" (don't add the quotes). A Mini
Map With your phones location will be
displayed on the screen. Click ON THE
MINIMAP to expand the map if you get
an error message.
you can now wipe , lock and locate your
device .

These are the reasons why all what you post there might never work: It rely on data connection ,no data no feedback If the new user enter his or her own account in the phone. That is all The last one is almighty recovery mode everything can be doctored here
