Download AnTuTu Benchmark at : https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.antutu.ABenchMark&hl=en

Install and tap on the "info" tab.

There are other apps you can use too.

NB: There are some Androids that will not display the RAM via your phone's "settings". Hence, the need to use this app.
