Roles and Responsibilities
Coordinating and supervising the Fingerlings Supervisors, Grow-out Supervisors and Fish Processing Plant Supervisors
Provide guidance on the day-to-day running of the business
Ensure that there is seamless replacement of fingerlings for empty ponds
Data Gathering and updates
Feed Measurements & Adjustments
Oversee sample or actual weighing of fish
Monitor and record water quality measurements
Generator Maintenance
Monitoring of pumping and re-circulatory systems
Feed Quality Monitoring
Monitory of Mortality Rates & Feed Cost per Kilo
Sales Management
Research and Improvement Opportunities
Supervise a team of 12 staff
Data Synthesis from reports of farm supervisor
Second Leg Confirmation of Data Upload on Aquatracker and Feed Inventory Software
Bimonthly Lookahead of Feed volumes and Feed Sizes
Stocking and Sorting Plans
Function testing of Stabilizers and Generator.
Daily Confirmation of Feeding Sheet Figures
Any other function passed by the Managing Director
Reports to the Managing Director

Experience and qualifications
A minimum of HND educational qualification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
Strong communication skills.
Good organization and planning.
Commercial awareness.
High level of creativity.
Must be a team player.
High level of adaptability.
