At midnight she stood
Alone and alone,
Covered by a hood.
The moon cast shadow
On her features
From across the meadow,



Illuminating her feature,
Making her look like the creature
Who stalk the night,
To show her might
Feeding on her prey,
While it stand astray.



Her face pale, and white as snow,
Her skin white, and cold as ice,
Her lips red, and red as a rose,
Her hair soft, and soft as silk,
Her fingers long, long like fangs,
Her eyes blaze, and blaze like the sun.



Indeed, the lady of the night
Never fleas from her freight,
For she has the power
To make all men cower,
For the creatures of the night
Are her slaves and her might.



With the speed of a falling star
And the strength of a thousand tsars,
Equip with heighten senses
Never bowing to her menses,
With a lust that can never be sated
And a weakness for all that is consecrated.



Beware the Lady of the night,
For she will be the end of us all.
