when are you doing your first allocation?

estateman, i am interested in these areas but i have my fears how do u assure one that there wont be problem in future probably with govt saying its on the road and to be demoted probably to make the express road wider? also i've had a couple of friends got involved in these type of arrangement and they ended up losing their money. How is one sure about it that everything is fine?

you need to come for inspection and see it phi sically yourself,we make provision for future road expation.Our fence have a good setback from the road to the fence,so their is no problem if Govt want to widen the road.In the area their are many estate still under construction,you need to see them.The road is definitely going to be expand by the time it is fully develop.
