it won't affect your application, you'll get a new jamb number. As for the risk, some did it and scaled through and those that failed could not really thread it down to failure to regularise. We others are doing the regularisation stuff to 'fulfill all righteousness'.

go down to jamb office abuja to change it to uniport..the fee is 3k

is it compulsory to submit the statement of result at jamb office cos mine is not ready yet?
