Depends on what u want the system for, wif ur budget u shld get a decent macbook pro below 17inch, good screen display (retina) and the most important if you know how to use it u will be free from any pc trouble whatsoever.
2) Still that budget will bet u a new hp envy laptop a core i5 self dat i3 u mentioned is wack.. Ease of use and problem solutions at ur finger tips like dat like dat...browse online for the category u want for more info.... Hope it helps.
