Really,This Can't Work in Nigeria where people don't have Enough Data,Apple Sometimes Do stupid things.How many People have Unlimited data on their Phones in Nigeria?,Or Even Other Parts of the World.Anyways,I like how the Switch button is there so I will just Off it once I Upgrade to iOS 9.But for now,Am Cool with 8.4

I bought what supposed to be a fairly used iPhone 5s, on getting / or trying to unlock / activate it was discovered that the owner reported a case of lost/misplaced to the company and a number to call if found was also left on the message. What should i do please?

My brother call the number/owner ASAP, it's called iCloud lock, you will never unlock the phone, it's gonna be useless it's probably a stolen/lost phone. Try explain to the owner he/she might even compensate you. I could try to help you unlock it but it's expensive and might still not work.
