Don't follow this links bellow it's been circulated everywhere, don't fall for this. http://portal.nysc.org.ng/nysc3/CompletePayment
"Open it, input ur email n password, after dat it will show u, already made payment, look left, u will c a yellow place where main menu was written. Click on the home option n see wat it shows u?
Pls follow the instruction". This was what I saw after logging in mine. Pass the message to your friends, it's a clone nysc website

Firstly the site is not a hoax I suspect its a developer issue and something similar to the senate list Brouhaha. Just before you make people panic, first confirm the meaning of mobilisation as used by NYSC. For advise purposes, just stay calm and wait for 21st October. Goodluck
