The Certified Service Delivery for Professionals (CSDP) program covers four key competencies which are:

Each course has a certificate attached to it, which after completion qualifies you for the Award of the Certified Service Delivery Professional(USA) hence the term (5 in 1). The Certificate is awarded by the Service Quality Institute USA; an internationally recognized Customer Service Institute.

The Program duration is 6 Saturdays between 9am and 4pm and a new batch is starting on Saturday 3rd October.
