Good day,
Buyers are needed for BLCO on CIF and TTO basis either on revolving or spot deal. All transactions are in US dollars.

Commission allowed is US$12 less US$6
The US$6 is distributed thus:
Terminal Association/loader's union=US$2
Seller's Facilitators=US$2
Buyer's Facilitators=US$2

Serious and true buyer's mandate/agent shall be linked with the seller's mandate/agent.
Please note that the buyer's side shall be left open but buyer's mandate should be ready to concede part for my own facilitation group.

Below is the procedure, subject to amendments.

(Non-Negotiable):

(1).Buyer countersigns this Contract and returns with their receiving facility details as both parties’ lodges in their respective banks, the signed contract which are binding, enforceable and cannot be changed.

(2).Buyer Must returns the Signed contract with his Bank confirmation Letter Stating that his Bank is aware of the contract and that he has the Capability to purchase the quantity of BLCO in the contract. And Buyer will return Signed Contract with His NOR DETAILS.

(3).NNPC (Seller) re-appoints or confirms a Fiduciary Agent (FA) for receipt of MT199 on behalf of NNPC. Necessary or relevant third Party Documents are allowed in all communications.


(4) The Buyer's bank issue RWA VIA MT199 Free Message to the Seller's nominated
bank account, according to the attached verbiage.

(5). Seller instructs the Captain of the vessel(s) through the local handler to issue Notice of Readiness (NOR) and Sailing Advise to the Buyer.

 (6) Upon receipt and confirmation of the NOR/Sailing Advise from the Captain(s),

(7) Seller provides ALL shipping documents in favor of Buyer, bunker the vessel and provide provision to the crew to enable immediate sailing to the Buyer’s safe port.

( Buyer conducts Q&Q at port of discharge and advise such report copy to the Seller.

(9) Buyer makes payment for such product based on agreed price within 3-5 working days by MT103.

(10). Next delivery as per agreement
