Data is still relatively expensive here in Nigeria so no provider can output the amount of free data you'd get abroad.

A quick footnote, stop comparing the days of wap sites to the multimedia website of today. The days of wap were a website was measured in kb is gone these days with pictures and video dominating as means of info exchange websites are a thousand times more heavy.
