Your plot sizes are too small for =N=4 million, in that axis. Standard plot size is 650sq.metres and not 500 sq.metres.

Thank you glogirl, when you are offered 60by120feets in most estates they fail to tell you, you would put setbacks on your plot which would eat into your land and you end up not having up to the full plot you thought you paid for.
Lashone links feels it is fraud! So we have factored in those set backs, as a result come up with the measurement you would be using. That means when you are building, you won't be asked to put setbacks again. That's just the basic reason.

Well =N=4 million for 500sq.m is too high in my opinion. If you were charging the same price for 750sq.m or 800sq.m, it would make better commercial sense.
