Masturbation is a sin.But as human, we need God's grace to fight temptations. It's not easy but it's also achievable. Most people masturbate because they are idle,or because it's better than cheating. For the later it's even not justified, because the bible condemn the sin against one's flesh.On the former, the best way is to first draw closer to God in prayers and supplications. You can also avoid visiting websites that will lure you into the act, and delivery your mindset from that which will lead you into temptations.

Ok! Jokes apart, I wish to stop like you too, but remember darling, we can go off the rails and on. The most importantly thing is to keep reminding God that we wish to stop, of course in prayers!
