Metal Gear Survive has had a hard time convincing players

microtransactions.

According to Konami, the reason why Metal Gear Survive
features Always-Online DRM is that so the game can offer a
“seamless” experience as players move between single-

All Microsoft Studios games will launch on Xbox Game Pass
at the same time as in shops, Microsoft has announced.
Xbox Game Pass, which lets you download games from a
library of titles for £7.99 a month, will expand to include all
new Xbox One exclusive games from Microsoft Game Pass
on the same date as their global release. First up is Rare's
multiplayer-focused pirate adventure Sea of Thieves, which
launches on 20th March in shops and on Xbox Game Pass.
Other upcoming games to be published by Microsoft Studios
include State of Decay 2, Crackdown 3 and unannounced
titles, such as the next Halo, Forza and Gears of War. Expect
all of these to hit the Xbox Game Pass library at the same
time as they are sold in shops.

Bandai Namco has released a new trailer for the upcoming
SoulCalibur 6, revealing four more characters — three
series veterans and one newcomer — that will be joining the game’s roster.

Nightmare, Kilik and Xianghua join Sophitia and Mitsurugi as returning characters, all apparently sporting a similar
playstyle like they did in the past. Nightmare still carries his
massive sword, relying on heavy attacks and brute force to
overwhelm his opponents, Kilik uses his staff to launch a
variety of attacks from short and long range, and Xianghua
uses a combination of graceful sword strikes, kicks and
tricky movements to outmaneuver opponents and claim
victory.

Xbox Free Games With Gold for February Revealed
For Xbox One titles, both Shadow Warrior and Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India are available. Shadow Warriors will be available for free for the whole month, while the Assassin's Creed title will be free from February 16th - March 15th.
The Xbox 360 titles, which are also available for the current generation thanks to the Xbox Backwards compatibility program, includes Split/Second from February 1 - 15 and Crazy Taxi from February 16 - 28.

Gran Turismo Sport is getting its first new track as part of a free update that's dropping on PlayStation 4 tomorrow. It's a free update, and will introduce the Autodromo Nazionale Monza, the iconic raceway that's hosted all but one of the Italian Grand Prix since the F1 championship's inception in 1950.
Ten new cars are also coming, with headliners amongst the new batch being a trio of sweet Toyotas and the Jaguar XJ13, the prototype intended for Le Mans in 1966 but never actually raced. Here is the full list

Anthem, BioWare's ambitious multiplayer role-playing game, will now launch the other side of this Christmas.
That's according to a report published by Kotaku last night. The report suggests we'll see the game in the spring of 2019. Officially, Anthem holds a vague "2018" placeholder date.
