The job responsiblities of any successful candidate is as follows:

• Monitor alarms on the BTS sites & avoid site down
• Escalate alarm to all stake holders and monitor sites until issues are resolved
• Ensure all escalations on faults are received and recorded at Company's NOC level
• Give proper update to client and all stake holders
• Record all details with regards to faults as per defined reporting template
• Ensure that all sites are attended to as per define client MTTR and appropriate corrective and preventive actions taken
• Escalation any poor deliverables from team to superior officers
• Act as an interface to log event and to process access reference to contractors and field engineers
• Ensure closing of ticket and updates are well done by NSMC engineers
• Responsible for all resources allocated to NOC
• Carry out any cognate duties associated to NOC
• Database updating of all sites.
Any other task as assigned by the management.

TECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED
Vast in using Microsoft Application especially Excel, MS word
Knowledge of Database management
Basic knowledge of alarm wiring and how external alarms are populated from the sites
Reporting skills

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA
ND/HND or Bsc Holder in Course Computer Science or any other related courses.
A pleasant and positive personality.
Punctual and highly developed organizational skills
Able to take instruction and work under a variety of conditions without supervision.

What's the name of the company. A reputable IT company should use its email Id. That's basic.

It may not be a scam but I noticed that the criteria seems off for an noc engineer.

I don't know of the authenticity of the job, but those criteria are not
out of context. NOC roles slightly varies per company.

@ndcide, the job vacancy is not a scam, it is real. @chimeluiz, you are write. @ stynhaq, you are correct. Infact we got some CVs and the candidates were interviewed last week. Out of the four candidate we met, only one of them was successful and he's resuming in one week from today.
