Ovarian cancer accounts for 4% of cancer among women, which is quit painful to bear if discovered lately. It affects the female reproductive system specifically the two ovaries on both side, which depend on the state and which one is affected by cancer.

ovary Early detection is the key to treating ovarian cancer, which can be detected through medical examination and notable history of cancer, if it runs in the family lineage. Ovarian cancer comes with development of sudden, sharp pain in the lower abdomen and regular missed period.

Most people that have it, unknown to them, usually thought its pregnant or an ectopic pregnancy because blood test might reveal elevated level of the pregnancy hormone, which is not pregnancy and blood test is not the right diagnosis for it.

Ovarian cancers are very tricky to find since the ovaries lye deep inside the pelvis and are difficult to see or feel.

They produce symptoms similar to everyday indigestion such as abdominal pain, bloating and feeling full, until they are large and have possibility to spread throughout the body.
