Travel Agency Sales Executive required by a travel company in Port Harcourt. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful travel company in an instrumental role that supports both the on-the-road Sales Managers, Travel Agents and internal Office Managers. A very hands on multi-faceted position that would suit someone with an upbeat, engaging, highly organised personality.

Your role, as a Sales Executive, will be to sales acquisition, maximise the revenue of accounts through exceptional customer management, product management in Rivers State.

As sales executive you will:

• Deliver an action plan for new customer acquisition in agreed source markets, Source for clients/customers/passengers who want to travel.
• Ensure clients are regularly advised of product enhancements, offers, & promotions
• Monitor client booking references and issue flight tickets, make hotel reservations for them.
• Work with Account Development team on sales development in the market

The sales executive will be able to work to tight deadlines and excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated, and able to make unilateral decisions and work on their own initiative. The sales executive will have strong numeracy skills, with excellent attention to detail, combined with well-developed written and verbal communication skill. Fluency in English is essential, with an additional European language desirable. You will also preferably have experience of working in the travel, with knowledge of the ticketing and reservation platform, GDS – Amadeus and Galilieo will be an advantage.
