An expatriate business man who is friend and is into diverse business - Power, Estate, Construction, Capital, ICT - Internationally and in a West African country is interested in establishing a Construction company in Lagos. He relies and want me to help him incorporate and do the spadework for the company to take off.
Now I want to know if it is ideal for me to ask for a stake or position in the new company, if yes, whats stake or position, knowing that we are working together on a different business entirely.
