JOB DETAILS:
Greensprings School an international co-educational services limited comprising of Pre-school, Elementary and Secondary School seeks to hire a dynamic, talented, and energetic and result oriented Music teacher into the Secondary section of the school.
Job functions:
The job functions include but are not limited to the following:
 Ability to teach music courses to students including voice tone, tempo and rhythm skills
 Train, rehearse and lead students in school programs and shows
 Maintain and participate in developing an effective curriculum
 Discover and understand potential and skills of each student and guide them accordingly
 Recommend and ensure that musical instruments are repaired and new ones acquired when necessary
 Evaluate student’s progress and ensure that they complete daily tasks and assignments accordingly.
 Develop and groom a Secondary School Choir.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE: Candidate must possess atleast 5 years active teaching and cognate experience.
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B.A/B.ED in Music (Professional certifications will be an added advantage.
CLASS OF DEGREE: Minimum of second class lower division.
SOFT SKILLS: Sound knowledge of music, good communication and interpersonal skills, apt in the use of Microsoft offices and VLE
