PETR CECH believes Chelsea are still favourites to win the Premier League title despite their poor start to the season. The Blues are currently in sixteenth place in the league, ten points off leaders Manchester City. They have had a torrid start, losing four times and they currently have the joint second worst defence. But Cech, who left Stamford Bridge for Arsenal in the summer, admitted his surprise at his former club's troubles.
