Husband Complains Photographer Photoshopped Wife's Flaws Out by Nobody: 11:41pm On Oct 16, 2015
A husband wrote a touching letter to a photographer who did a sexy shoot of his wife complaining that she had Photoshopped out all her flaws.

Moved by his response, Victoria Halton of Victoria Caroline Photography in San Antonio, Texas, posted the email, which included moving lines such as 'When you took away her stretch marks, you took away the documentation of my children', on the company's Facebook page.

The post of the mail from the unknown man from Texas has received more than 4,000 likes and over 1,000 shares, with comments including, 'I actually cried when reading this. I feel the same way about my wife.'

A Texan husband wrote a touching letter to a photographer who did a sexy shoot of his wife complaining that she had Photoshopped out all her flaws
Victoria explained in the post that the woman she had photographed was in her mid-40s and a size 18 (UK size 14).

'I thought she looked like a goddess, but as most women do, she had a request...' wrote Victoria.

The woman asked the photographer to airbrush out all her cellulite, stretch marks, fat and wrinkles.

Surprising her husband of more than 20 years with the photos as a gift for Christmas - he says with the intention to 'spice things up' - she clearly wanted to look 'perfect'.

But, the husband writes, when he opened the album, his 'heart sank'.

'These pictures... while they are beautiful and you are clearly a very talented photographer... they are not my wife,' he wrote to Victoria.

Victoria explained in the post that the woman she had photographed was in her mid forties and a size 18. The wife herself has insisted her cellulite, stretch marks, fat and wrinkles be Photoshopped out, she said. Picture posed by model
'You made every one of her 'flaws' disappear... and while I'm sure this is exactly what she asked you to do, it took away everything that makes up our life.

'When you took away her stretch marks, you took away the documentation of my children.

'When you took away her wrinkles, you took away over two decades of our laughter, and our worries.

'When you took away her cellulite, you took away her love of baking and all the goodies we have eaten over the years.'

The wife surprised her husband of more than 20 years with the photos as a gift for Christmas - he says with the intention to 'spice things up'. But, the husband writes, when he opened the album, his 'heart sank' and the airbrushed photos were 'not my wife'.
Victoria explained in the post that she felt horribly guilty about Photoshopping the woman, but the man was keen to emphasise he understood it was her job and, in fact, wanted to thank her.

'Seeing these images made me realize that I honestly do not tell my wife enough how much I LOVE her and adore her just as she is.

'She hears it so seldom, that she actually thought these Photoshopped images are what I wanted and needed her to look like.

'I have to do better, and for the rest of my days I am going to celebrate her in all her imperfectness.

'Thanks for the reminder.'

The post has so far been liked 4,615 times and shared by 1,414 people.
Comments came from fellow appreciative husbands who understood the man's sentiment.

'Absolutely amazing email and it really is true. I actually cried when reading this. I feel the same way about my wife,' said Jarko Milko.

While Gary Halverson wrote, 'Absolutely the way I feel about my beautiful bride of 40 years. She'll forever be the 23-year-old beauty I met on a blind date so long ago.'

Lucky Hasanah Mariyah Chhom gave a shout out to her supportive spouse.

'Thank you Eric for always loving me despite how much my body has changed,' she wrote.

'You make me feel so sexy every day. Even when I don't shower, or brush my teeth, or wear makeup.'

Others simply encouraged the message: Carla Bultena-Rademaker commented, 'Go husband! You're so right!', while Tiffany McRae pointed out 'This is the kind of love we should all have

Not all men are the same afterall. Some men are just too SWEET. This man was in love with her flaws as much as he was with her... Some poeple neglet their wifes with the excuse that 'she has changed' and go for younger women without shame/remorse

ok... If you want me to tell you more, I will. YOU SHOULD LOVE YOU WIFE FOR WHO SHE IS. you don't necessarily need to go for the outward beauty of a woman, the inner beauty is the most important. I'm not telling you to go for "atutupoyoyo", but dnt make d outward look your priority...... wink

Few men are like him, some men take pride in belittling their wives and comparing her to other women rather than appreciating her as she is or encouraging her to look better.
