It was a scintillating and power packed event on Friday night; 16th October, 2015 @ Olivias, Senegambia as the National Association of Nigerian Students (NANS) The Gambia Chapter held a Gala Dinner in celebration of Nigeria's 55th Independence Day.

The event which featured a lot of programmes/varieties like choreography, recitations, poems, fastest finger to scratch recharge cards of various networks, upcoming Nigerian artists and of course presentation of awards to some outstanding students was well attended by top dignitaries in the Gambia.
