The Service Providers: like every other social media manger, makeup artist, photographer, designer, any industry; they have the knowledge and expertise to do the business effectively but they are caught in the rate race, always struggling to get new clients, struggling to make profits and in order to be competitive always reducing their prices and most of these guys are SUPER GOOD

The Extra Valued Service Providers: These guys set the pace of the rate race, they have a competitive advantage; yeah they are popular and they've got the personality of being industry thought leaders, they charge higher prices; make more money but eventually they remain in the rat race

The Experts: The industry though leaders, high performance individuals (authors, coaches, speakers, seminar leaders and consultants) every other group looks up to them for advice and insights; not just on the knowledge and expertise of that industry but on ways to position for success in that industry. They teach and empower the service providers, conveying knowledge and expertise in a confident manner. They earn more and people admire, trust and respect them than any other group
