1. When you desire to have a body like that of models you watch on TV
and see on magazines and admire, then decide to do the work to get it.

2. Take steps towards achieving your dream body, first start with a
change of diet. Cut out junk and fatty foods, begin to eat healthy
foods that include lots of vegetables.

3. Start working out, you can begin with slow and easy workout
routines, then move on to intense workouts. You may need the gym for
this.

4. Don't skip meals, rather eat regular healthy meals.

5. Ensure you rest well and get adequate sleep.

6. Stay committed to your diet and workout routines, be patient for
results; it may take sometime to get into that model shape you desire.
