I am seriously Lol at interviews conducted being below client's expectations.

Tell your clients to up their game by increasing the pay/salary.

They are getting exactly what they are offering in terms of salary so why should they be disappointed by the outcome of interviews conducted so far?

They are not willing to pay good money yet they want a super star @ 60k. I am sure they are not even offering benefits like Health Insurance, Retirement/Pension, Leave allowance etcetera.

Please advise them to settle for what their money can afford.
