Real Estate Assistant

Qualification:
OND, Estate Management with good grades

Experience:
At least 2 years working experience in Real Estate and Facilities Management Industry

Remuneration:

Age:
Between 22 – 25 years

Key Responsibilities:
Candidate interested will have unlimited general real estate functions and not restricted to:
• Market properties and ensure transactions are closed in a professional manner
• Organize inspection of properties for prospective clients
• Perform background checks on prospective tenants
• Assist in real estate administration and planning activities
• Update property listing and coordinate advertisement in leading newspapers
• Perform inventory exercise prior to engaging new tenants
• Provide other miscellaneous real estate duties as required

Job Condition:
Interested candidates must:
• Be able to work 8am – 6pm, six days a week
• Be computer literate
• Possess high level of integrity
• Possess brilliant marketing skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Be analytical and able to work with minimal supervision
• Possess good knowledge of real estate market dynamics
