MTN Nigeria Communications Limited hereby invites interested, reputable and competent buyers to participate in the bidding process for the sale of 222 used vehicles (221 Mitsubishi 1200 and 1 Suzuki APV) located in 4 cities across the country, as shown below:

Lot 1-Lagos-39 Vehicles
Lot 2-Portharcourt-90 Vehicles
Lot 3-Abuja-67 Vehicles
Lot 4-lbadan-26 Vehicles

Terms and Conditions of Sale
(1) Items are offered for sale “as is” and are not guaranteed as ‘fit for purpose’
(2) Buyers can bid for a minimum of one lot or a maximum of all the lots as indicated above. Bids for single vehicle units will not be considered.
(3) MTN will not be liable for any loss of expectation, claim, damage or environmental hazard arising as a result of bidding, or the disposal, sale or use of the items once they are removed from our premises.
(4) Buyers must indicate interest to participate by obtaining bid documents from The Secretary, Asset Disposal Committee, Tender Room, Ground floor, Golden Plaza, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos.
(5) Bid documents will only be made available upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Twenty Thousand Naira Only (₦20,000) in a bank draft raised in favour of MTN Nigeria Communications Limited.

Inspection
Bid documents will contain details of all vehicles and their respective locations. Interested buyers can visit these locations for visual inspection from Thursday October 22nd to Tuesday October 27th2015. (10.00a.m – 4.00pm daily)

Bid submission
All bids must be dropped in the Asset Disposal Box, Tender Room, Ground Floor, Golden Plaza Building, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos, before the bid closing date.

Bid Closing Date
The deadline for submission of bids is 4pm on Thursday October 29th 2015.
All offers received by this deadline will be opened on Friday October 30th ,2015 at: MTN Nigeria Communications Limited, Tender Room, Ground Floor, Golden Plaza, Falomo, Ikoyi, Lagos.

Bid Award
Winners of the Bidding process will be informed no later than Thursday November 5th ,2015.

But this bid is for mtn staffs and not open to the public........so i wonder why such information should be on this forum. kindly clarify me .

Them no fit dash those cars to their staff who labours for them and yet does not own a car..
