Tell Me Sidi sad

Tell me Sidi
Is it true while I slaved away
Wiping my brow and feeding the veldts
With the saltiness of my sweats
Is it so that
While I plodded along from bus to tube with the Queen’s Times News under my arm
And Ben frowning overhead tolling the passageway of youth’s time
Tell me, just tell me
For I heard Si Bang saying Ma Bosworth overheard them telling it
With the sureness of feet planted on dear mother earth
That they foreswore with the urgency of the hearts beating in them
That the story must surely be true
That while in my chest beats the best of hearts sincere
And in my top left coat pocket your picture stays with me to cheer this my scholarly worker’s brow
by night’s oil or day’s toil,
Tell me, is it true
That while, to you, my letters still come to time and halved paycheck per month
That your feet have learnt at the dance to sway to other rhymes and
your coy dimply smiles, now are, barbed with darts
Piercing the heart just when the mind goes off its guard;
And your hips, oh, they sway now rhythmically nudge ever so gently by strangers’ hands
Strangers hands and minds fond of groping like blind men wandering
All across the landscape of fine-toned female forms
Ha! Sidi, tell me, do not fear my sadness but spare my pain
That while I toiled and plotted as to how my ring to get your fingers to fit
You were busy fitting in to other roles of your own
Tell me Sidi my love,
Is it true that while I’m here loving your mind, body and soul
And remain here still, toiling in the paleface’s land to make our dream so
Tell me Sidi: Is it true that you were at your busiest
Loving other men.  tongue cry

NB: I like writing these rustic kinda stuffs, if you've got, pls post 'em, i sure will like to see, read and laff grin!
