Backing up a computer system is not optional. It is very imperative particularly in the business sphere. This is because there are many problems that could arise. Imagine the chaos that can take place
should your system crash or your network get infected with virus which corrupts all your files.

Today, I will be comparing the two main backup location choices that come to mind when deciding to back-up your data. These are Local/External HDD and Cloud Storage.

No doubt, backing up data to External HDD is the most popular. Many companies still rely on the old traditional use of Hard Disk to back up their data. Well, if cost is a determining factor in choice of backup location, then it’s okay to backup to External Hard Disk. With a onetime price, you can enjoy the storage benefits of a hard disk drive for many years. The extra security that HDDs provide is another reason to choose them for your backup needs.
