Hi Nlanders, I was on my way from work this evening passing through Ojuelegba and I met these agents with a Toyota hiace branded National housing development lottery. I got inquisitive so I went to make enquiry. To cut the long story short, I bought the raffle ticket which was being sold for 500naira. According to one of the agents, the draws will take place this Friday at Airport Hotel, Ikeja. I don't know if this lottery is real or a scam because the publicity for it is not online or on electronic media to grab enough attention.
