my military friend bought a car without paying customs duty. and its been over 8months since he bought the car, i told him its risky to drive such a car on the highways where custom officers operate seeing that hes planing to travel with it to the east for december. if hes caught with such a car what are the consequences? what if he were a mere civillian? please shed light on this issue |
