Applications are invited for the post of Project Monitoring and Evaluation Engineer in the ongoing COOPLAG GARDENS Development, Lekki Lagos. The post is a 6 months temporary contract. Essential Qualification:

B.Eng/HND in any Engineering discipline or civil engineering construction related discipline plus 5yrs (min) of relevant project management/construction experience.
Applicants skill level competence in project management computer applications - MS-Project.

Responsibilities:

The engineer will monitor, collate and report the following daily & weekly project KPI's based on project schedule submitted by the contractor.

- Report on daily/weekly resources deployed by Contractor
- Report on project progress/lack of progress
- Compute weekly Value of Work Done by Contractor
- Provide HSSE statistics effective man-hours,
- Report project challenges
- Evaluate project parameters and make daily/weekly recommendations to improve project performance as may be required
- Implement project milestone/KPI's recovery plans as may be required

Remuneration:
Monthly salary of 350K all inclusive.
