Great Britain is same as United Kingdom (UK) There are 4 countries that make up the UK or Great Britain. 1.England 2.Scotland 3.Northern Ireland. 4.Wales We use to have Northern, Western and Eastern regions in Nigeria, same as what we have in UK. Compare it to Nigeria 1.England = Western region 2.Scotland = Northern region 3.Northern Ireland = Southern region 4.Wales = Eastern region 3 Likes

Mogidi: Great Britain is not the same as UK. GB is Scotland, England and Wales UK is Scotland, England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Ne'er call an Eireannach (Irish) British, you might get your head whacked. The Scots and Welsh are still a bit permissive of it. 4 Likes 1 Share |
