Please how many terrace flats can fit into a standard plot of 60 ft x 120 ft?

Hello i advice you to build a block of flat on plot of land 60x120ft., for safe approval purpose. if you insist on terrace housec ,you will only have 3 terrace building that is going to be very tight without parkingb lot. A standard terrace or row houses must consist of four apartments on a single row . A plot of land 60x120ft cannot accomodate such design that can meet up with approval standard.

Guess, an option would be to use 2 plots, making a total of 120 ft x 120 ft, maybe this should take 3 or 4 terrace flats with sufficient parking space.

Terrace apartments seem to becoming more desired than flats, hence the preference.

Obviously from your advice the only workable option for one plot is probably 2 nos semi-detached duplex.

as many as 7, only your development cost will change. the building hieght also will be significant but within range of 5m using a split level arrangement. if you will like to implement this just call 08025667462.

parking will take also 7 cars all leaving and coming without disturbing the other occupants. imagination is king here.4 other 'compromised car spaces'

The building is planned for Lekki (this should help guide the rules of development - space, building height, setback etc)

Would be getting in touch directly as myself and a couple of friends are really into this concept/layout as a means
of having a home and also a small part to rent out, the idea being that massive mansions have their drawbacks, and
as such we are willing to optimise space and still earn some rentage.
