The primary responsibilities of this position are to answer the main public line for our company, for forwarding calls as requested, and setting up conference call sessions upon request. The successful candidate will have experience with: Answering calls and forwarding calls to appropriate agency entity Responding to public and staff questions relating to information on agency operations and functions Providing general information about agency services and operations Scheduling conference calls and bridges through the Avaya Aura system Qualifications: Minimum of one year of experience as telephone support, call center, receptionist, or related work OND/HND OR RECENT BSC.
